Our persecution report succeeds in gaining asylum for another victim escaping oppression in Pakistan!

On the highway of hope the BPCA persecution report ensures a safe ride!

We have received news of another successful religious asylum application for a Christian Woman in the UK, via a well known immigration lawyer in the North of England.  Barry Clarke from the eponymously named Bradford solicitors was ecstatic as he informed us of the success. The female client he was defending had suffered provocation, abuse and violence form other teachers within the school she was teaching at, simply because of her faith.  When she stood up to the torment, she like many others before her, was accused of blasphemy. I spoke to the victim this morning who was pleased with the result and has been boosted with great confidence and better morale.  She hopes to be with us on the 10th March 2012 and we at the BPCA are praying that God inspires her with the courage to speak about her maltreatment and the favour that God has shown her.  Learn more about our protest and peace rally here:

Barry Clark commented on our recent report:

Thank you for your report. I am pleased to say that xxxxxx has now been granted refugee status, and I am sure that your report assisted in persuading the Home Office to make this decision. Your support in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please forward your invoice in the agreed sum so that this can be settled without delay. Once again, our grateful thanks.

  1. Just like to thank BPCA for there support and hard work in saving Saim Raza from persecution in pakistan . It would not be possible with out the BPCA team and especially (Sir)Wilson Chowdhry. If any one any tips on talking on the secretary of state or home office ask this" KID" (old head young shoulders years ahead). If you don't believe me read Saim's tribunal refusal and then read Mr.Chaudry's response very impressive. Major response don't take my word have a look on BPCA website the reports there in black and white. Big thank you(Wilson Chaudry new years honours list start the campaign here) God Bless Just like to thank BPCA for there support and hard work in saving Saim Raza from persecution in pakistan .
