Some of our community is still living in fear and have yet to accept the dominion that God gives us. I am surprised that to date only 91 names have been listed on our on-line 10 Downing Street petition?
The Psalmist said:
"LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?"
"The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe."
Proverbs 14 v 10.
These are famous scriptures and should be an encouragement to all - yet with the large number of leaders and UK Christians, to whom I am sending these emails, it is rather embarrassing to see such a shallow response rate.
We need to put our fears aside if we are to be a strong nation.
Moses feared his inadequacy as a public speaker, yet he led a nation into exile and almost to the Promised Land. Much due to the confidence and performance that God inspired into him. Yes he needed his brother for support in the early days (and we are here for you - the petition is in my name and I will get the brunt of any antagonsim). It was Moses doubts and anger that were his shortcomings that prevented him entering Israel. Please do not let the fear of reprisals or any doubts deter you from what is a moral and spiritual duty.
We here in the West are privileged and with our freedom comes a responsibility to those without. So please join the clamour for similar freedoms in Pakistan. If you are worried for any reason, please call us - we will pray for you and your family and for dominion against the forces that come against you.
Just... trust in the Lord with all of they heart and lean not to your own understanding. Acknowledge him with all of thy heart and he will direct thy path.
